This month's edition of The Ambient Archives explores the hypnotic, almost nostalgic sound of tape loops.
Drifting atmospherics, field recordings, and Berlin School inspired electronics melt into one.

Experimenting with atmospheric soundscapes has, this time, produced something quite musical and majestic.

I use any means necessary to produce the sounds I hear in my head. There are hardware synthesizers, software plugins, my trusty guitar and the use of samples, field recordings an granular synthesis.

As ever, I start with a sound or a note or two and see where the music takes me.

I hope you enjoy this album.
